Facebook is one of the largest online social networks in the world with more than 300 million registered users. It was founded by Mark Zuckerberg when he was still a student at Harvard, and has made news recently for hosting the largest tech IPO in history.
Facebook is known for it’s unique work culture and employee perks, which certainly is reflected in the design and environment of it’s Palo Alto headquarters. This place doesn’t only feature a great exterior and interior design, but some special creative touches which we would like to emphasize: different colors for different departments, unfinished walls for the employees to add their ideas in writing or drawing. The place houses over 700 workers and it was designed in order to “facilitates interaction and connection”.
